XSF-01 conductive carbon paste is a fast-drying low-temperature curing low-impedance conductive carbon paste produced by Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. It is made of ultra-fine carbon powder and low-temperature curing thermoplastic resin for screen printing. It can be widely used in membrane switches and flexible printed circuits. Second, the method of use

1, the substrate PET;

2, wire mesh

Printed on a 200-300 mesh stainless steel screen or polyester screen;

3, thinner diluted with Xin Shengfeng special dilution of carbon slurry, should be fully stirred before use;

4, curing process (recommended)

120 ° C × 15 minutes;

5, cleaning agent cyclohexanone;

6, storage at room temperature, unopened storage period of more than 6 months;

Third, operation and safety

XSF-01 conductive carbon paste contains organic solvents. It should be well ventilated during use to avoid excessive vapor inhalation: if it comes into contact with skin, it should be washed with water and soap in time.
