Conductive carbon paste for flexible board
XSF-01 conductive carbon paste is a fast-drying low-temperature curing low-impedance conductive carbon paste produced by Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. It is made of ultra-fine carbon powder and low-temperature curing thermoplastic resin for screen printing. It can be widely used in membrane switches and flexible printed circuits. It is used on PET sheets and has good printability, electrical conductivity, compatibility, hardness and strong adhesion.

Second, the method of use
1, the substrate PET;
2, wire mesh
Printed on a 200-300 mesh stainless steel screen or polyester screen;
3, thinner diluted with Xin Shengfeng special dilution of carbon slurry, should be fully stirred before use;
4, curing process (recommended)
120 ° C × 15 minutes;
5, cleaning agent cyclohexanone;
6, storage at room temperature, unopened storage period of more than 6 months;
7, packaging 1.00 kg.
Third, operation and safety
XSF-01 conductive carbon paste contains organic solvents. It should be well ventilated during use to avoid excessive vapor inhalation: if it comes into contact with skin, it should be washed with water and soap in time.
