Instructions for use:

        Spray surface treatment: The substrate must be clean, dry, free of grease and release agent. Scrub or dip the surface of the equipment with alcohol or a special solvent.

Stirring and dilution: Stir well before use to ensure uniform and no precipitation. Do not need to be diluted for normal use. If it needs to be diluted, it can be diluted with NEK or our company (diluent BL-333) to the required viscosity. It is recommended to dilute the ratio: 2 parts of oil and 1 part of diluent (2:1).

        Spray gun and physical distance 100 – 200mm

        Anti-sedimentation operation Small workpieces need to be sprayed 2-3 times per shot, and 3-4 times per shot must be stirred once.

       Large workpieces need to be sprayed once per shot, and each time 4-5 shots must be stirred once.

       Dry: naturally dry (25 ° C) surface dry for 5 minutes / solid dry 2 hours

       Dry at 65 ° C for 20 minutes, and let it stand for 1 hour after drying to get the best resistance.
